
Part A. Quantity Detail
Check the quantity of storage- 100% completion is required to ensure the packed quantity is consistent with the order quantity.
Sample according to AQL inspection standard- Sample sizeshould be randomly selected from storage and opened for inspection.
Part B. Packing
Packing method description- Check the outer and inner packing, ensure to meet the custom requirements and international safety standards, such as material, sealing method.
Packing view- Check packaging details and contents to ensure clear text and correct printing.


Part C. Visual
Product view – Check the details of the product from different angles and confirm the color of the product according to the PANTONE card to ensure that the product has no obvious defects, no stains, no obvious color difference.
Accessories view – Check the quantity and quality of accessories to make sure there are no missing and defects.
Defective Photo- Mark appearance defects such as scratches, stains, etc. and request replacement.
Part D. On-Site Test
Internal check – Test international labels, power cords, plugs, motors, switches, batteries, etc. to ensure compliance with international standards.
Drop test – All products are required to pass a 1M drop test in a mail-order box, 10 drops with 1 Corner, 3 Edges, 6 faces, starting from the smallest face and starting from the smallest face.
Using function test- Conduct running test and operation test on the machine to ensure normal operation and service life up to standard.
Weight & Measurement – Weigh and measure the product to ensure that the error is within a reasonable range of +/-5%.


Part E. Result & Improvement requirements
We will feedback to your actual inspection result, whether it is pass, fail, or on-hold.
We will ensure that visual defectare solved and replaced before shipment.
