Product Selection/Recomendation
- You can send us the intentioned products (photos,descripition, web list, or brand name…)
- You can choose the products from our website, but not all the products are uploaded.
- You can choose the products from our catalogue.
Based on your specific needs, we will work with you to identify the most suitable products that meet your requirements and are in line with Indian market demand.
Pricing
- After you have selected your desired products, we will provide you with a detailed quotation that includes the FOB/CIF price and any additional costs such as shipping, taxes, and duties.
- Usually, our MOQ is 500pcs for each product. If you require a lower quantity, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us with the details of your project, and we may be able to accommodate your request.
Sample
- Once you have carefully handpicked your preferred products from our wide range of offerings, Our company provides free samples for quality checking after product selection. But shipping cost would be charged.
- This way, you can be confident that the products you receive meet your expectations and requirements.
- The lead time for the sample delivery may take up to 7-10 days
Deposit
- Once you have reviewed and approved the sample, we will require a 30% deposit to initiate production preparation.
- Generally, we accept payments via T/T (telegraphic transfer), L/C (letter of credit) and PayPal. We also offer other forms of payment which can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Graphic Design
- At this point, We offer professional graphic design services for packaging and branding.
- Our team of designers creates visually appealing designs that communicate your brand’s message.
- We work closely with you to ensure that your designs are aligned with your goals.
Production
- Our team will coordinate with our factory to ensure that the products are produced according to your specifications and requirements.
- During this phase, we will also conduct quality control checks to ensure that the products meet our high standards.
- It takes 45-60days for mass production.
Inspection
- We arrange for a pre-shipment inspection after production to confirm product quality.
- Our experts conduct a comprehensive examination of functionality, appearance, and overall quality.
- You can nominate a third-party inspection company to conduct the inspection on your behalf.
Balance Payment
- Upon completion of the inspection and your satisfaction with the products, we kindly request the remaining balance payment before the products can be shipped.
- Alternatively, for future cooperation, we can also accept the balance payment once you have received a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L) as proof that the goods have been loaded on board.
Shipment
- We will arrange for the products to be loaded and shipped to your desired destination in India. We will assist you with all necessary documentation for customs clearance.
- We offer a variety of shipping options, depending on the type and urgency of your order. We generally ship by sea, but we always use air if urgent.
After-sales Service
