A: We manufacture a range of power tools and garden tools. Some of our leading products include sanders, hot air guns, electric grinders, drills, and many more. We also provide tool kits.

A: Our nearest ports are Shanghai and Ningbo.

A: Quality is our top priority. We have a stringent quality control process, with each worker handling a specific process. Our own production line enables easy quality control.

A: Yes, We can provide a catalog and recommend you the products suitable for your market.
6. What are your MOQs and lead times for production?
A: Our MOQs are normally 500pcs for hand-held power tools, 200pcs for bench tools, and 2000pcs for hand tools. Our lead time for bulk production is typically 40-60 days.
7. Can you provide samples?
A: Yes, samples can be provided in 7-10 days. We can offer free power tool samples, but the shipping cost would be charged initially and then returned in the following order. pls check the details.
8. Are your products certified?
A: Yes, our products have CE, GS, EMC, ROHS certificates. Some products also have UL and ETL certifications.
9. Do you provide machine parts for repair or replacement?
A: Yes, for our existing customers, we can provide machine parts (such as color box, carbon brush, motor, switch) for repair or replacement.
10. How do I get a quotation?
A: You can provide us with the products you need or pictures and specifications of the products, and we will make a quotation for you.

A: Yes, we do. Some of our customers, such as Vonhaus and NETTA, are Amazon sellers.

A: Yes, we have been providing customized services, including OEM brand label, color, packaging, etc., for 20 years.
16. Can you provide the die-cutting and drawing?
A: Yes, we provide free die-cutting and drawing with your order. Our designer can provide a draft within 5 days.

A: We provide a variety of packaging options such as color box, BMC, present box, etc.
18. How do you protect the goods from damage in transit?
A: Depending on the shipping method and products, we offer all kinds of packing options such as carton, pallets, wooden crate, etc.
19. How can I purchase your products if I am not familiar with the importing process?
A: We can recommend a local forwarder to help you, or we can offer DDP terms to your warehouse.
20. What methods of delivery do you offer?
A: We normally transport goods by sea, but we can also provide air transportation if required.

A: For all new customers, we accept T/T with 30% deposit, and 70% balance before delivery(copy of B/L).

A: Yes, we can offer terms such as CFR, CIF, DDP, and so on.

A: Yes, as long as it adheres to national regulations for transport.
24. What is the warranty you can offer?
A: Our tools undergo rigorous quality checks before shipment to avoid batch issues. Still, we offer a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
Considering the challenges of international trade, we’ll ship an additional 1% of crucial spare parts (casings, motors, switches, color boxes) with your order, enabling local repairs if necessary.
