Our Story

Our story begins with William, our founder. Inspired by his father’s remarkable career in the tool manufacturing industry, William’s passion for knowledge and innovation led him to launch FirstRate Power Tools. His journey from working on the factory floor to mastering quality control and navigating the challenging realm of purchasing and sales has provided a solid foundation for our company.
Stator and Rotor Production
Raw copper wire is prepared to specified guages to produce power cord cables, rotor and stator windings and cordless tool charger stacks.
Assembley Line
In final production, We utilizes the latest TPS production techniques to provide the “leanest” of assembly environs … a dramatic cost-saving process.
Battery Packing
Lithium-ion cells are assembled into battery packs using state of the art technologies and “best in class” assembly practices.
